Job Description:
TwinTech Solutions is seeking a motivated and skilled Security Consultant with 1-2 years of experience in cybersecurity to join our growing team. As a Security Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to assess their security needs, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend robust solutions to safeguard their systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Assessments: Conduct security assessments and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in client systems, networks, and applications.
- Risk Management: Assist in developing and implementing risk management strategies and frameworks.
- Incident Response: Support clients in responding to security incidents, including investigation, mitigation, and reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure client systems and processes comply with industry regulations and best practices, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and others.
- Security Awareness: Develop and deliver security awareness training to clients to promote a security culture within their organizations.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation outlining security findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their security needs and provide expert guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of cybersecurity experience, focusing on security assessments, risk management, and incident response.
- Understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, OWASP).
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and vulnerability scanners.
- Knowledge of network security, application security, and cloud security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent.
- Experience in conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
- Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and security testing.
